Tonight I have such a heavy heart as one of the brightest, sweetest, and genuinely wonderful people that I know has passed away. You can’t help but think about how short life really is. You can’t help but reevaluate your own life to see if you are truly living. The legacy that she leaves behind is so great. I could only dream of leaving behind something that remarkable, to touch so many lives that thousands, literally thousands of people are directly affected. When someone’s life is in the balance, and you pray to our limitless God who could intervene at any moment He chooses, and this time chooses not to, your faith is tested. We try not to question these things. We try not to because we don’t want to question God. We try not to question God because we know that He knows all. My faith has truly been challenged lately. I have been without a vehicle for several weeks now. My hot water heater burst and we were without one for several days. Even though those things caused me to stress and worry, they seem quite insignificant today as a family loses their loved one. That is one of the many things that causes my faith to increase…to know that as much as God cares for that beautiful family, he cares just as much for me to have hot water and a way to and fro. That’s the omnipotent, limitless God that I serve. Thank you God that I can cast my every care upon you. Even when my faith is challenged, I will still believe because my every hope is in Him. Life is hard. There will always be a mountain that we must climb and there are some valleys we will have to make it through, but the important thing is that we do it. Sometimes the climb or the treading will seem as if it has taken everything out of you, but you just have to look up. I can think of many times when I’ve been tired of the fight, when I feel like I just can’t win no matter what I do. I may think about it, go through it in my head, consider the consequences, but I get back in the ring and live to fight another round. As long as we are breathing, we must remember to keep the faith and keep up the fight!

Hello World!
This is my very first blog post. As you can tell from the dates of these posts, I have been considering this for such a long time. Life happened and it wasn’t a priority, so I had to update photos and posts because they are no longer a reflection of me. I’m extremely excited to start very own blog. I am a mother of 3, a full-time nursing supervisor, nursing student and lover of Jesus. I love music, reading, cooking, health and wellness, decorating and designing, party planning and more. Yeah, whoa is right! I have no idea where this is actually heading, but sometimes I just feel like I may have some little nuggets of information to share and my hope is that somehow you, as the reader, can benefit from them. Thanks so much for taking a moment to see what is on my heart to share with you today! If you’re a fellow blogger, thank you also for your support!
